Hi, I’m Sam, founder of Spiro Collective. I’m an Āyurvedic Health Counselor, nutrition PhD, and Yoga Instructor with over 2,500 hours of teaching experience. My superpowers are identifying the simple health habits that will make the biggest improvements to well-being and communicating those solutions in a friendly, doable way. I’ve seen the power of Yoga and Āyurveda in my life and in hundreds of students and clients, and I also know that it can be difficult to implement change.


Why is it so difficult to build self-care into daily life? 


One reason is because there are so many different practices and habits to choose from. It can be hard to know where to start, and overwhelming to make lasting lifestyle changes. 


It also can be lonely! I know how difficult it is to eat or act differently than friends and family. That’s why Flourish in Flow has a community of people who value holistic health and being their best selves.
