How it Works
At the beginning of each month, you'll go to the portal to find the new program. The month’s theme is inspired by Āyurveda and Yoga teachings that will help attune your body, mind, and energy to the season. Here’s a sampling of topics:

Explore the month’s collection of materials. Each practice can be completed in 30 minutes or less, so you can fit these practices in, even on the busiest of days. You’ll find Āyurvedic self-care tutorials,Yoga āsana videos, journaling prompts, guided meditations, recipes, and more that will help you explore the monthly wellness theme and bring it into your every day life.
Also, we have a monthly live Conversation to discuss the monthly theme, ask questions, and connect with other members of Spiro Commons.
Flexible and Built with Your Life in Mind
Since we all have different schedules and routines, there are multiple ways you can use your membership.
You can commit to the whole monthly playbook. Go all-in on your wellness program and complete the entire collection.
You can spend time live with the community by joining the monthly conversation and weekly livestream Yoga āsana classes.
If you have less time to dedicate, you can pick and choose what works for you! With access to recordings of every live session as well as a video library for shorter 10-30 minute Yoga practices, you can fit in when you have time.
The community message board will always be there for you to ask questions, share wins, and troubleshoot obstacles as you go through the program.
However you choose to participate, you’ll feel the difference as you take steps (large and small) toward your wellness goals.
Five percent of all earnings are donated to CGOU, whose overall mission is creating opportunities for underprivileged through education and empowerment. Much of their work is based in Baroda, India, where they supply sustenance, education, and resources to low-income children through Mahavir Foundation Trust Vadodara Chapter.
