Build a better mind/body connection by tapping into the power of your chakras. This virtual workshop is designed to help you explore and balance these energy centers that relate to your sense of security, connection, joy, and confidence.

What We’ll Do:
In this workshop, we’ll explore what the chakras are and how to balance them using Yoga, affirmation, and other daily rituals. You’ll experience the mental and physical benefits of balanced chakras through our interactive and dynamic conversation. You'll leave this workshop understanding why certain situations or people create stress, anger, or fear, and how to counteract these negative emotions.
Who This Workshop is For:
There’s no experience with the chakras necessary! Beginners are welcome. And, if you are familiar with the chakras, you'll appreciate the new exercises and meditations we will do to restore balance with each chakra.
